The Green Fin isn't well suited for a sunny afternoon on the porch as I found it too sweet to drink on its own. That said, I agree with your take that it will likely make a worthy pairing for spicy Asian food. Given I grabbed two bottles, I'll use the 2nd to confirm the results of your experiment!

North sardinia is a beautiful island, stayed there for many months and the atmosphere of north sardinia still amazes me when I’m visiting that places.
